Chief Operating Officer

Reports to Jean | $180k–$250k base + 1–2% equity

You own P&L, hiring, systems, and scale. Former agency founder, COO of a $20M+ services business, or GM who has run 50+ people profitably.

Head of Training & Certification

$140k–$180k + 0.5–1% equity

You design and run the Owner-Operator, Team Member, and Freelancer Bootcamp programs. Must have trained 100+ people to $100k+ incomes.

Head of Investor Relations & Capital

$150k–$200k + equity

You own fundraising, LP updates, cap table, and future liquidity events. Ex-banker, family-office operator, or IR lead who has helped raise $25M+.

Senior Bootcamp Trainer (Freelancer program)

$110k–$140k base + performance bonuses

You teach 30–40 freelancers per cohort how to deliver our exact MODERN™ 5-day builds at scale. Must have personally closed 50+ of these projects.

Cohort Success Manager

$85k–$110k + bonuses

You are the daily guide for 40 freelancers or internal trainees — feedback, wins, accountability, placement.

Senior Delivery Specialist

$90k–$120k

You personally run 8–12 client 5-day builds per month. Former agency delivery lead or top 1% freelancer.

Automation & AI Engineer

$120k–$160k

You harden our 40-client-per-day engine, build new AI workflows, and keep us 2 years ahead.

Client Success Director

$100k–$130k + upsell bonuses

You own renewals, testimonials, and turning $3k clients into $30k+ lifelong relationships.

Talent Pipeline Director

$100k–$140k

You run the intern → placement engine and build relationships with 500+ clients who need full-time digital operators.

Marketing & Content Lead

$90k–$120k + bonuses

You make our message undeniable on LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts. Former 7-figure agency marketer or personal brand builder.
