What happens after I book my kickoff call?
You'll receive a calendar invite and a short questionnaire (5 minutes to fill out). On the call, we'll review your business, answer questions, and collect your 50% deposit via Stripe or Klarna. We start your build within 48 hours.
Can I pay the deposit with Klarna?
Yes. If you choose Klarna Pay‑in‑4 or Klarna 6–12 months, the deposit will be split across your chosen payment plan. For example, a $1,999 package with Pay‑in‑4 means you pay $250 today (half of $500), and the rest is split across 3 more payments.
What if I need to reschedule my kickoff call?
No problem. Just use the link in your calendar invite to reschedule. Your build slot is reserved once you pay the deposit, not when you book the call.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining 50% is due on Day 5 when your site goes live. If you're using Klarna Pay‑in‑4, your 2nd payment happens 2 weeks after Day 1—which means your site is already live and generating leads/sales.
Do I need to prepare anything before the kickoff call?
Just fill out the short questionnaire we send. We'll ask for your logo, brand colors (if you have them), photos/videos, and a few bullet points about your services. If you don't have these, we'll create them for you.
