3. Sign Subscription Agreement

4. Connect Wallet
Support MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect. Use wagmi/rainbowkit or native providers.

5. Mint ERC‑1155 Certificate
Lazy mint with investor class: 1=RegCF, 2=RegD. Replace with your contract ABI and address.
6. Investor Dashboard
Show certificate balance, implied valuation, and lock-up status. Replace with on-chain reads.
